Mandatory requirement for the position:

  1. Graduate or Post graduate degree in Management with specialization in Marketing. Graduates (other than business management) with minimum of 2 years of corporate experience can also be considered.
  2. The candidate should have excellent communication to connect with the clients and negotiation skills to secure the most attractive prices for company.
  3. The candidate should have great networking skills to generate leads.
  4. The candidate should be self-motivated and able to achieve the set revenue targets.
  5. The candidate should be able to generate revenue by identifying pain points and suggesting suitable services to the clients.
  6. The candidate should be a good team player to work in a corporate environment.
  7. The candidates must have a smart phone and a laptop to work on. Candidates possessing a two wheeler with valid driving license will have a core advantage.

Key responsibilities:

  1.  Lead generation and procuring new clients through own social connects.
  2. Conversion of inbound leads provided by the internal team.
  3. Identification of pain points of the prospects to provide suitable services from our product basket.
  4. Sales negotiation with the prospective clients to secure better pricing for our services.
  5. Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients and retaining them through ensuring best post sales services, cross selling and up selling of our services.
  6. Upgrading knowledge about the industry and new trends in the market.
  7. Maintaining good relationship with the team and rest of the people in the organization.
