Mandatory requirement for the position:
- Graduate or Post graduate degree in Management with specialization in Marketing. Graduates (other than business management) with minimum of 2 years of corporate experience can also be considered.
- The candidate should have excellent communication to connect with the clients and negotiation skills to secure the most attractive prices for company.
- The candidate should have great networking skills to generate leads.
- The candidate should be self-motivated and able to achieve the set revenue targets.
- The candidate should be able to generate revenue by identifying pain points and suggesting suitable services to the clients.
- The candidate should be a good team player to work in a corporate environment.
- The candidates must have a smart phone and a laptop to work on. Candidates possessing a two wheeler with valid driving license will have a core advantage.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead generation and procuring new clients through own social connects.
- Conversion of inbound leads provided by the internal team.
- Identification of pain points of the prospects to provide suitable services from our product basket.
- Sales negotiation with the prospective clients to secure better pricing for our services.
- Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients and retaining them through ensuring best post sales services, cross selling and up selling of our services.
- Upgrading knowledge about the industry and new trends in the market.
- Maintaining good relationship with the team and rest of the people in the organization.
