Privacy Policy for Bridge2Business

At Bridge2Business Consultancy Pvt Ltd, one of our main priorities is the privacy of our visitors. This Privacy Policy document contains types of information that is collected and recorded by Bridge2Business and how we use it.

Website AI assistant

The Bridge2Business AI Assistant provides general guidance about our services. It may make mistakes and cannot access seller accounts, perform business actions, connect a live agent, or promise prices or results.

When AI replies are enabled, your messages and recent conversation context are sent to our AI processing provider, OpenAI, to generate a reply. Successful conversation messages and an IP address are stored on our website server. A secure browser cookie identifies your conversation for up to 24 hours; starting a new chat does not erase previous records.

Please do not enter passwords, OTPs, account credentials, identity documents, customer lists or other sensitive information. You can use our contact page, WhatsApp or phone without using AI chat. Submitting a contact enquiry is a separate action.

Conversation records may remain stored after browser access expires. To request deletion or ask about how your information is handled, email connect@bridge2business.in. A fixed automated retention period is not currently implemented.

Google API data — Bridge2Business SEO/AEO Agent

This section applies specifically to the Bridge2Business SEO/AEO Agent, operated by Bridge2Business. It governs Google API data even where the general website sections below describe broader marketing or analytics uses.

Access and information collected

The application accesses Google Search Console and Google Analytics only after authorisation by the relevant account holder or property administrator. Depending on the permissions granted and features enabled, Google Search Console data may include authorised website properties, search queries, page URLs, clicks, impressions, click-through rates, search positions and indexing information. Google Analytics data includes landing-page performance. The application also stores Core Web Vitals/CrUX evidence, opportunities, trend points, diagnostic evidence and recommendations derived from these sources. Google Ads and Keyword Planner integration is not currently implemented; Google Ads data is not currently retrieved or stored.

Use and sharing

Google data is used solely for SEO/AEO analysis, monitoring, reporting and optimisation for authorised websites and accounts. Access is limited to authorised personnel and service systems needed to provide those functions; reports are shared only with authorised recipients. Google user data is not sold, used for unrelated advertising, or used to train general-purpose AI or machine-learning models.

Google-derived information is processed within the Bridge2Business SEO/AEO application. The current application does not transmit it to OpenAI or other third-party generative-AI providers. References to AI platforms in the application identify measurement categories and do not indicate an active API connection to those providers. Client-facing reports may be downloaded and shared with the relevant authorised client or project team.

Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Storage, retention and deletion

Search Console OAuth client credentials and the refresh token are maintained in server-side configuration. Google Analytics uses a service-account credential file referenced by server-side configuration. Short-lived OAuth access tokens are obtained or refreshed at runtime rather than intentionally kept as historical database records. Analytical data is stored in the application database on Bridge2Business’s application server. Generated reports, cycle summaries, decision boards and operational JSON logs may also be stored as server-side files. Access is limited to authorised personnel and systems needed to provide the service.

Analytical records and generated files currently remain stored until replaced or manually removed. A complete automatic retention and purge framework is not yet in operation; no fixed automatic deletion period is promised. Contact connect@bridge2business.in to request access, deletion of stored Google data, or removal of an authorised connection.

You can revoke the Search Console OAuth connection in your Google Account connections settings. For Google Analytics, a property administrator can remove the application’s service-account access from that property. Revocation or removal stops future retrieval through that authorisation but does not itself delete previously stored reports or data; request deletion separately.
